Lag spikes while gaming online

Hey guys, It's just been a few days since I got my 5net connection, it was great for online gaming for first 2 days, got >10 pings, but then it suddenly started having ' Lag spikes ' like the latency becomes 300-400 for 3 seconds during which I'm stuck in the game.

This is very annoying because it ruins the experience. I got 5net for its >10 pings, which it provides but every 10 seconds I get a lag spike lasting 3 seconds.This makes it impossible to play online

I have checked with my MTNL connection, which, although offers ~30 ping on the same servers, has 0% lag spikes. it's a smooth experience all-through.

Is there any solution for this problem? Can cablewalah do anything to sort this out?
